Mrs. Ellen “Dottie” G. Taylor, 81, a resident of 103 Heritage Drive, Washington, died Tuesday, Oct. 8, 2013, at Ridgewood Manor, Washington. A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday, Oct. 11, 2013. at First United Methodist Church, Washington. The family will receive friends from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 10, 2013, at Paul Funeral Home & Crematory of Washington and other times at the home of her son and daughter-in-law, William and Susie Taylor, 109 Justin Drive, Washington.
