LIFE SKILLS: Students in one College Study Skills class recently heard a discussion of the importance of managing their money, wise use of credit cards and how a poor credit rating can affect their ability to get a good job once they graduate. Pictured, standing, Wesley Jones, vice president and city executive of the State Employees Credit Union in Washington spoke to the class at the invitation of Instructor Donna Parker. The course not only covers skills designed to improve study behavior it also includes orientation to campus and community resources.
