Mr. Willie Ray O’Pharrow, of 516 Gates Ave., Brooklyn, N.Y., and formerly of Beaufort died, Friday, Oct. 11, 2013, at Kings County Hospital Center, Brooklyn. A funeral will be conducted at 10 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 19, 2013, at Cherry Run AME Zion Church, Washington. Burial will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery. Visitation is from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. Friday, Oct. 18, 2013, at Leon Randolph Funeral Home, Washington, which is in charge of arrangements, and other times at the home of his mother, Helen O’Pharrow, 110 Parkview Drive, Washington.
