Jr. John Edward Williams, 84, a resident of 1384 Mouth of the Creek Road, Blounts Creek, died Monday, Oct. 21, 2013. A funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 26, 2013, at Clay Bottom Missionary Baptist Church, Chocowinity. Visitation is from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. Friday Oct. 25, 2013, at the chapel of Whitfield & Whitley Funeral Home, Washington, which is in charge of arrangements.
