Mr. Willie Earl Parker, 78, of 109 Robin Drive, Plymouth, died Sunday, Nov. 3, 2013, at Washington County Hospital, Plymouth. The family is receiving friends at the home. Arrangements will be announced by Toodle’s Funeral Home, Plymouth.
