Dr. Lloyd Charles March, Jr., 92, of Suffolk Va., died Tuesday, Nov. 5, 2013, at his home. A graveside service will be conducted 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 9, 2013, at Cedar Hill Cemetery in Suffolk with the Revs. Rebecca P. Lesley and Michael D. Halley officiating.
