Mr. Ronnie Lee Waters, of 604 E. Fourth St., Washington, died Sunday, Nov. 17, 2013, at Vidant Beaufort Hospital. The family is receiving friends at the home. Arrangements will be announced by Bonner Street Funeral Home, Washington.
