Mr. Lee Thomas Spencer 88, died Tuesday, Nov. 26, 2013, in Dayton, Ohio. A funeral will be conducted at noon Saturday, Dec. 7, 2013, at Holly Grove Church of Christ (Disciples of Christ), Sidney community, with the Rev. Lynnwood E. Dean officiating. Burial follows in the church’s cemetery. The body will be placed in the church one hour before the funeral. Arrangements are by Bonner Street Funeral Home, Washington.
