Mrs. Ophelia Small, of 1101 Cooper St., Washington, died, Wednesday Dec. 4, 2013, at Vidant Beaufort Hospital. A funeral will be conducted at noon Friday, Dec. 13, 2013, at Mt. Olive AME Zion Church, Washington. Burial follows in Cedar Hill Cemetery. Visitation is from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 12, 2013, at Leon Randolph Memorial Chapel and other times at the home.
