Those interested in adopting a pet should inquire at the Betsy Bailey Nelson Animal Control Facility, 3931 U.S. Highway 264 East, from 1 p.m. until 5:30 p.m. Mondays through Fridays and 11 a.m. until 3 p.m. Saturdays. Because of overcrowded conditions, the animals listed are only available as indicated.

Say hi to Rambo, a 6-month-old, Labrador Retriever-mix, male dog. Rambo is very sweet, gentle, friendly, smart and a good listener. His golden coat is short and easy to keep and he sports a little white on his chin and a patch of white on his chest. His eyes are melt-your-heart brown. He loves being petted, eating treats and playing.  He will be the perfect dog for an active family in a forever home environment.
