There will be a celebration of life, with military honors, for William Scott Cutler, at 3:30 p.m. today in the chapel of Hillside Funeral Service, officiated by Rev. Jim Reed and Tony Krantz. Burial will follow in Asbury United Methodist Church Cemetery.
