NEVA CASHION | CONTRIBUTED DANCE: Inner Banks Music Academy will host its big Spring Recital this Saturday at the Turnage Theater. There are two recitals, both of which are free and open to the public. The first recital starts at 2 p.m. and features students in Pre-K through 5th grade. The second is at 4 p.m. and features students in 6th grade through 12th grade as well as adults. The recitals showcase many different styles of music from classical, pop, Broadway, contemporary Christian, rock, etc. as well as a few original student compositions. The academy features pianists, vocalists, additional instruments and a show choir. It will be an afternoon of entertainment for everyone, said Neva Cashion, director of the Inner Banks Music Academy.
