Ruth Willard Phelps, 95, of Creswell died Thursday, June 5, 2014 at Roanoke Landing in Plymouth. Born December 18, 1918 in Washington County. Funeral service will be held Sunday, June 8, 2014 at 2:00 pm at Mount Tabor Free Will Baptist Church, Creswell with Reverend Edwin Hill officiating.  Burial will follow in Azalea Memorial Gardens.  Family will receive friends on Saturday, June 7, 2014 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at Maitland Funeral Home, Creswell and other times at the residence.  Arrangements are by Maitland Funeral Home, Creswell.
