William Stuart Meredith

William Stuart Meredith, 56, of Titusville, Fla., passed away peacefully, June 4, 2014, in Melbourne, Fla., at the Kindred Critical Care Hospital, after a courageous 10 year battle with cancer.
A graveside service will be held at Hillcrest Cemetery, in Louisa, Va., on June 11, 2014 at 10 a.m., with David Black officiating. Sheridan Funeral Home of Palmyra, Va., and North Brevard Funeral Home and Crematory of Titusville, Fla., are handling the funeral arrangements.
Bill was born in Virginia to Harry and Anne Meredith on Sept. 5, 1957. He attended high school at Pamlico High School in Washington, graduating in in 1975. He went on to earn a degree in chemistry at East Carolina University and a masters of arts degree at Webster University. He served 28 years in the USAir Force and retired in 2008 as a Lieutenant Colonel. He enjoyed many outdoor activities especially biking.
Bill leaves to cherish his memory, his wife Suzanne, of Titusville, his mother and father of Washington and his brother of Washington. He had two daughters, Vivina Napier, of Ohio and Caitlin Fallon of Colorado; a grandson, Ransom Israel Napier, of Ohio.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to the Marion L. Shepard Cancer Center, 1209 Brown Street, Washington, NC 27889.
The family wishes to extend their gratitude to the Parish Medical Center in Titusville, Fla., and the Kindred Critical Hospital in Melbourne, Fla., for their support in his final days.
