Alfred Jordan “A.J.” Mizelle died, Wednesday July 2, 2014 at Vidant Bertie Hospital. He was born in Bertie County May 27, 1927. Funeral services will held Saturday, July 5, 2014 at 2:00 pm at Walker Funeral Home Chapel officiated by Reverend Allen Mizelle and Dr. Carroll Tarkington, with visitation one hour prior to service. Burial will follow at Edgewood Cemetery. Walker Funeral Home of Windsor is serving the Mizelle.
