Mr. Delma Ross Tolan, Sr., 89, a resident of 71 Topping Lane, Belhaven, NC died Thursday, July 3, 2014, at his home. A funeral service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Sunday, July 6, 2014 at First Baptist Church of Smithton. Burial will follow in Belhaven Community Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Sunday, July 6, 2014, one hour prior to the service from 2:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. at the church and other times at the home.
