Terry Kent Stevens, 53, of Columbia died Thursday, July 24, 2014 at Vidant Chowan Hospital in Edenton.

Funeral service will be held Monday, July 28, 2014 at 11:00 am at Sound Side Free Will Baptist Church, Columbia with Reverend Royce Reynolds officiating.  Burial will follow in the Stevens Family Cemetery.  Family will receive friends on Sunday, July 27, 2014 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at Sound Side Free Will Baptist Church and other times at the residence of his parents.
