Barbara Dorsey Leggett, 82, of Plymouth died Wednesday, July 30, 2014 at The Home Place in New Bern. A funeral service will be held Friday, August 1, 2014 at 2:00 pm at Plymouth United Methodist Church, Plymouth with Dr. Jay Clark officiating.  Burial will follow in Hillside Memorial Gardens. Family will receive friends Friday, August 1, 2014 from 1:00 to 2:00 pm at Plymouth United Methodist Church Fellowship Hall.  In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s and Dementia Association or to Plymouth United Methodist Church.  Arrangements are by Maitland Funeral Home, Plymouth.  Condolences may be made to the family at www.maitlandfuneralhome.com .
