LONNIE “MARK” TETTERTON

Aug. 10, 1965 – Nov. 2, 2014

 

Lonnie “Mark” Tetterton, age 49, a resident of Clinton Ave., Washington, NC, passed away Sunday, November 2, 2014. Mark was born in Beaufort County, NC on August 10, 1965 son of the late Lonnie Delmar Tetterton and Lillian Asby Boyd who survives.

In addition to his mother, Lillian Asby Boyd and step father, Harold G. Boyd, Mark is survived by daughter, Victoria Tetterton McCullough (Jay) of La Grange; his step daughters, Victoria Squires of Greenville and Amanda Heinz of New Bern; his son, Lonnie Mark Tetterton, Jr. (Kristie) of Snowhill; his step son, Lonnie Griffin of Washington; his sisters, Angela Bell (Randy) and Hope Pitts (Kenny) both of Washington; and 11 grandchildren.

A graveside celebration of his life will be held at 11:00 am, Wednesday, November 5, 2014 at Pamlico Memorial Gardens officiated by Phillip Jethro. The family will receive friends at the home of his Lillian and Harold Boyd, 1815 Slatestone Rd., Washington, NC.

Flowers are welcome or memorials may be made in Mark’s memory to Alligood Church of God, 1891 Mill Hole Rd., Washington, NC 27889.
