ST. JOHN THANKSGIVING: On Saturday, Nov. 22, members of St. John Church of Christ, Disciples of Christ, under the leadership of Pastor Russell Wilkins, distributed 104 Thanksgiving boxes to needy families within the community and surrounding communities. This is an annual event chaired by the Church’s Missionary Ministry. Delores Johnson, of St. John Housing, is standing in her doorway to receive her food box, along with Lenda Wiggins, Missionary Ministry president.
