Mrs. Hazel Ross Hooker, 81, resident of 164 W. Old County Rd., Belhaven, died Thursday, Nov. 27, 2014. A funeral service will be conducted at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 6, 2014, at White Plains Ministries, 748 Edward St., Belhaven. Visitation will be held Friday, Dec. 5, 2014, from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the chapel. The family will receive friends at the home. Arrangements are by Whitfield and Whitley Funeral Home.
