Mr. Charlie Randolph Shepherd, 76, of 1889 Free Union Road, Jamesville, died Tuesday, Feb. 10, 2015, at home. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, Feb. 16, 2015, at Toodle’s Chapel, with Ministers Jeffrey & Denise McIlwain officiating. Burial will follow in Shepherd Family Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. at Toodle’s Chapel and other times at the home. Arrangements are by Toodle’s Funeral Home, Plymouth.
