Raymond L. Prue

March 9, 1933 – April 25, 2015

 

Mr. Raymond Lawrence Prue, age 82, a resident of East 9th Street, Washington, died Saturday, April 25, 2015 at his home.

A memorial service will be held at a later date in Massachusetts.

Mr. Prue was born on March 9, 1933 in Orange, Massachusetts.   He was the son of the late Edmond H. Prue and Bessie R. (Dunican) Prue, both of Orange, Massachusetts.  Mr. Prue was a carpenter by trade. He had lived in Massachusetts and Florida.

Mr. Prue is survived by his wife, June Foster Killmon of the home; one step daughter, Lisa Burnhard of NJ; two sons, David Prue of Vero Beach, FL, Ricky Prue of Opelousas, LA; two daughters, Debra Gestring of Easley, SC, Sandra Moman of Easley, S.C.; brother, Ralph Prue of Orange City, FL; three sisters, Elizabeth Moriarty of Naples, SC, Eunice Deviou of Valdosta, GA, Mildred Stearns of Millbury, MA; six grandchildren, Ryan, Todd, Raymond, Tammy, Eric and Daniel; 11 great grandchildren and three step grandchildren, Ava Burnhard, James Stone and Campbell Stone.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Prue was preceded in death by four brothers, Kenneth, Alfred, Oscar, Herbert; and two sisters, Christine and Dorothy.
