Mrs. Betty Smallwood Smith Parker, formerly of Washington, of 1600 N Oak St. Arlington, VA, died Wednesday April 29, 2015.  Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. on Sunday, May 3, 2015, at Beebe Memorial CME Church, 427 North Respess Street,  Washington. Burial will follow at Pamlico Memorial Garden, Washington. Visitation will be 5 p.m. – 6 p.m. on Saturday, May 2, 2015 at L.R. Randolph Memorial Chapel other times the family will receive friends at the home of her brother Mr. James H. Smallwood 4624 Hwy 17 N. Washington, NC. Arrangements are by Leon Randolph Funeral Home, 208 West Martin Luther King Jr. Dr. Washington, NC.
