Sylvia Harrington Cook, age 64, a resident of Deer Track Drive in Washington, NC passed away on May 3, 2015 at Vidant Medical Center in Greenville, NC.

A graveside celebration of her life will be held at 10:00 a.m. today at Pamlico Memorial Gardens, officiated by Pastor Danny Barrow.
