Mrs. Lou Pearl Downing, 81, of 8949 Mackeys Road, Roper, died Saturday, May 23, 2015, at home. A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday, May 28, 2015, at St. Luke/St. Anne’s Episcopal Church with Father Henry Burdick officiating. Burial will follow in Lincoln Memorial Cemetery, Roper. The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. the day of the funeral at the church and other times at the home. Arrangements are by Toodle’s Funeral Home, Plymouth.
