Mr. Ray Spruill, 76, of 664 Churchill Rd., Hookerton, died Tuesday, June 9, 2015 at Roanoke Landing Nursing Center, Plymouth. A funeral service will be held Sunday, June 14, 2015, at 2 p.m. at Puckett-Purkett Memorial Chapel, 300 W. Buncombe St., Roper. The family will receive friends and relatives at 2961 N.C. Hwy 45 South, Plymouth. Arrangements are by Puckett-Purkett Funeral Service Inc. of Roper.
