Mr. Jessie Hilton “Bill” Whitley, age 90, a resident of 1495 Lizzard Slip Road, Washington, died Sunday, June 28, 2015 at Vidant Beaufort Hospital in Washington.

Funeral services will be held 3:00 PM Wednesday, July 1, 2015 from the Chapel of Paul Funeral Home and Crematory in Washington.  Burial will follow in Pamlico Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM Tuesday, June 30, 2015 at Paul Funeral Home and Crematory in Washington and other times at the home of his son of Keith Whitley, 1361 Lizzard Slip Road, Washington. Paul Funeral Home and Crematory in Washington is serving the Whitley family.
