James M. “Mitchell” Cutler, age 63, a resident of Washington, passed away on July 22, 2015 at his home.  A celebration of his life will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 25, 2015 at Alligood Church of God in Washington, officiated by Pastor Phillip Jethro.

The family will receive friends on Friday, July 24, 2015 from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at Hillside Funeral Service.  Hillside Funeral Service & Cremations, 4500 Hwy 264 E, Washington, has been given the honor of being entrusted with serving the Cutler family.
