Mrs. Betty Allen Buck Carrow, 66, of Bath, died Monday, August 3, 2015 at Vidant Beaufort Hospital of Washington. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, August 5, 2015, at Paul Funeral Home & Crematory of Washington. Burial will follow in Pamlico Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 4, 2015 at Paul Funeral Home & Crematory of Washington.
