Mr. Herman Phillips Cutler, age 77, a resident of 1120 Cowell Farm Road, Washington, died Tuesday, September 8, 2015 at Vidant Beaufort Hospital.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, September 12, 2015 from the chapel of Paul Funeral Home & Crematory in Washington. Burial will follow in the Piney Grove Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM Friday, September 11, 2015 at Paul Funeral Home & Crematory in Washington and other times at his home.
