Mr. Charles Braxton “Chuck” Windley, Jr., age 63, a resident of 17138 US Hwy 264, East Pinetown, NC died Friday September 18, 2015 at his home. A funeral service will be held 3:00 p.m. Sunday September 20, 2015 at Paul Funeral Home & Crematory of Washington. Burial will follow in Pamlico Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends 2:00 p.m. until the funeral hour on Sunday at Paul Funeral Home & Crematory and other times at the home. Paul Funeral Home & Crematory of Washington is serving the Windley family.
