NATIONAL SCHOLAR: Stacey E. Godley, the daughter of Lee and Delores Godley of Washington, has been selected for membership of the National Society of High School Scholars. She is a recent graduate of Washington High School and is now attending Beaufort County Community College. She is planning to transfer to a university upon graduating from BCCC. The National Society of High School Scholars recognizes academic excellence and provides opportunities for scholarships for members.
