NEW LOOK: Bill’s Hot Dogs on Gladden Street has been a staple in downtown Washington since its opening in 1928. The business was originally located on Market Street but moved to its current location in 1938. Last week the establishment debuted a newly painted sign over the entrance and also a new coat of paint on the window design, thanks to artist Lisa Jordan.
