Mrs. Verna Margarette Phelps Latham, age 95, a resident of Washington, died Monday, October 5, 2015 at River Trace Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

Memorial services will be 2:00 pm Friday, October 9, 2015 at Paul Funeral Home & Crematory of Washington. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
