Memorial services will be held Wednesday, December 9, 2015 at 11:00 A.M. at Walker Funeral Home Chapel in Windsor, NC.

In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to the Windsor Fire Department, P.O. Box 805, Windsor, NC or Perrytown Fire Department, 848 Perrytown Rd., Colerain, NC 27924.
