As the busy holiday season ushers in this year, why not treat your whole family. Go back in time, on a heart warming Christmas Time journey to 34th Street, New York.
Sit back in a comfy seat at the Elizabeth City College of the Albemarle’s beautiful theater, and go on a journey with the main character “little Susan”, and experience her friendship with “Kris Kringle” Macy’s store Santa Clause.
Is Kris Kringle the real Santa Clause? This magical presentation of “Miracle on 34th Street” will allow you to decide for yourself.
Miracle on 34 Street is an old classic, based on a Twentieth Century Fox movie.The College of the Albemarle theater presentation of this show, includes singing, music and dancing that will bring light, laughter and sparkle to your holiday time experience.
The cast of over 50 include College of the Albemarle’s drama students, and members of the community. They are under the directorship of Dr. Emmerich, the college drama instructor, and Mrs Emmerich, the college voice instructor. Both Dr and Mrs Emmerich have a life long history in musical theater. They bring priceless experience that is very much embraced and appreciated by the whole cast, and audiences.
Tyrrell County is proud to have five participants.
Bradley Brickhouse, who plays Kris Kringle.Grace Swain,who plays a very cheerful Elf. Elana Fauth who plays the judge and performs with the Ensamble. Layah Fauth who plays the zoo keeper, and performs with the Ensamble, and Ruthie Fauth, who plays a Towns person.
Miracle on 34 Street performances are as follows:

- Dec 11 , 10 am, and 7 pm.
- Dec 12 , 2pm, and 7pm.
