Ralph Linwood Jarvis
Oct. 9, 1935 – Dec. 10, 2015 

Mr. Ralph Linwood Jarvis, age 80, a resident of River Trace Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Washington, died Thursday, December 10, 2015.

A funeral service will be 2:00 PM Sunday, December 13, 2015 in the chapel of Paul Funeral Home in Belhaven with James Scheffler officiating. Burial will be at a later date.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Saturday, December 12, 2015 at Paul Funeral Home in Belhaven.

Mr. Jarvis was born in Hyde County on October 9, 1935. He was the son of the late Heber Latham Jarvis and Janie Sadler Jarvis.

Survivors include three sons, Ralph Jarvis Jr., Johnny Jarvis, Wayne Jarvis; a daughter, Patty Lou Palmer; nine grandchildren and one sister, Frances Lilley.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Jarvis is preceded in death by five brothers, Latham Jarvis Jr., Walter Lee Jarvis, Norwood Jarvis, Heber Jarvis and Ray Jarvis.
