William Emment Hoggard, 71, of Plymouth, died Friday, December 18, 2015 at Vidant Beaufort Hospital in Washington.

Funeral service will be held Wednesday, December 23, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at Maitland Funeral Home, Plymouth, with Randy Pierce officiating. Burial will follow in Edgewood Cemetery in Windsor. Family will receive friends on Tuesday, December 22, 2015 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Maitland Funeral Home and other times at the residence.
