Mrs. Ethel Smith Dozier, 72, of 904 Susan Court, Hampton, VA, died Friday, February 19, 2016 at home.

Funeral services will be at 12:00PM Saturday, February 27, 2016 at Toodle’s Chapel with Bishop Samuel Smith officiating. Burial will follow in Ellis Lee Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 11:00AM to 12:00PM Saturday at Toodle’s Chapel.

Arrangements are by Toodle’s Funeral Home, Plymouth.
