Wendy McClure Phelps, 42, of Columbia, died Wednesday, June 1, 2016 at her residence in Columbia.

Funeral service will be held Sunday, June 5, 2016 at 3:00 p.m. at Cherry Church of God, with David Phelps officiating. Burial will follow in Azalea Memorial Gardens. Family will receive friends Sunday, June 5, 2016 from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. at Cherry Church of God and other times at the residence.
