Washington Housing Authority unveiled a plaque in appreciation to William “Bill” I. Cochran Jr. on the wonderful job he did as executive director of Washington Housing Authority from 1962 to 2005. The plaque was presented to Cochran for his dedicated service to the citizens of Washington and residents and employees of Washington Housing Authority by the Board of Commissioners, community and staff.
