William “Billy” Wilson Humphrey, 70, a resident of Independence Village and formerly of Windsor, NC, died Thursday, June 9, 2016. Funeral services will be held Thursday, June 16, 2016 at 11:00 AM at St. Thomas Episcopal Church, officiated by Rev. Joseph Cooper. The burial will be at 3:30 PM at Central Hill Cemetery in Windsor, VA.

The family will receive friends following the church service. Walker Funeral Home, Windsor, is serving the Humphrey family.
