Mrs. Essie Mae Tooley Mackey, of 214 Dogwood Drive (Pamlico Village), Washington, died Saturday, June 25, 2016 at home.

Funeral arrangements are incomplete and will be announced by New Beginning Funeral Home and Cremation, Washington.
