Velma Louise Little Pierce, 96, of 226 Davenport Farm Road, Winterville, NC, went home to be with the Lord on July 2, 2016, following a lengthy illness. Her celebration of life funeral service will be held Tuesday at 2:00 pm, Winterville Baptist Church, 2591 Church Street, Winterville, NC. Visitation will be from 12:45-1:45 at the church, prior to the service. Burial will follow at Edgewood Cemetery, 349 US 13 North, Windsor, NC.
