Ms. Deidra Celestine Askew, 53, of 56 Bullock Street Apt #101, Roper, N.C., passed away Wednesday, July 6, 2016 at her residence.

Funeral service will be Wednesday, July 13, 2016 at 1:00pm at Peterson Chapel Missionary Baptist Church, 514 Avoca Farm Road, Merry Hill, N.C., with Rev. Percell Whitaker Sr. hosting and Pastor Ricky V. Williams officiating. Committal service will be in Peterson Chapel Church Cemetery, Merry Hill.
