Doris M. Chapman, of 4474 Mouth of the Creek Road, Blounts Creek, died July 16, 2016 at Vidant Medical Center. A wake will be held Friday, July 22, 2016 from 6pm to 8pm at Whitfield & Whitley Chapel. Funeral service will be Saturday, July 23, 2016 at St. Anna Missionary Baptist Church in Blounts Creek at 1:00pm. Arrangements are by Whitfield & Whitley Funeral Home.
