Bessie Green Tripp, 72, of 8448 Hwy 17, Vanceboro, died Sunday, August 21, 2016 at her residence.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM Saturday, August 27, 2016 at Chapman Chapel Original Free Will Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the Robinson Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday from 2 PM until 6 PM at the funeral home chapel.

The family will receive friends at the residence, where they will assemble in preparation for the funeral procession.
