Those interested in adopting a pet should inquire at the Betsy Bailey Nelson Animal Control Facility, 3931 U.S. Highway 264 East, from 1 p.m. until 5:30 p.m. Mondays through Fridays and 11 a.m. until 3 p.m. Saturdays. Because of overcrowded conditions, the animals listed are only available as indicated.

All adoptions are on a first-come, first-served basis. Elouise

At 1 year old, our American shorthair, mackerel tabby enchantress mesmerizes with her huge peridot-colored eyes and ebony stripes. Just studying her stripes will begin a new hobby!

Elouise, a friendly, loving, active young lady adores attention, being petted and lovey-dove talk.

She will make a fantastic pet, playmate and companion in a variety of good, forever home settings.

Dash

This gorgeous, 2-month-old, male American shorthair, mackerel tabby is all decked out in his best bib and tucker. Pristine white, ivory and buff gray are set off with dramatic stripes of ebony.

Dash is a very loving boy as he rubs against your legs, begging to be picked up. Calm, gentle and friendly, Dash will make a wonderful pet and companion in a variety of good, forever home settings.
