Mr. Horace Hill, 63, of 5801 Narcissus Ave. Apt. 2, Baltimore, Md., formerly of Washington, Old Ford Community, passed away September 29, 2016 at his home. Funeral service will be held in Baltimore, Md., where he lived for over forty years, on Thursday, October 6, 2016 at March Funeral Home, 4300 Wabash Ave., Baltimore.
